Large group plans are for those employers with 51 or more employees. Our large group plans include HMO options: a comprehensive healthcare benefit plan for which PHP has contracted with a wide range of doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to form a network of top-notch healthcare providers. Within the PHP Freedom network, members have open access to over 18,000 providers, which means members can choose the healthcare provider they want to see, from primary care to specialists and without any special arrangements through the plan. If you would like to extend your coverage even further, we have point of service (POS) plans that include coverage for out-of-network providers. Our PHP Options network also offers some premium savings if limiting network access is an alternative for you.
