PHP is pleased to announce a partnership with Greater Fort Wayne (GFW) Inc., leveraging GFW Inc. membership to offer a unique health insurance plan: The PHP Chamber Discount Program.
This member-only program can save employers up to 30% over ACA plans and includes an additional 5% discount for GFW Inc. members. Providing affordable group health benefits is one of the top challenges facing employers today and PHP has devised this plan for local employers, to provide another option for keeping employees covered and healthy.

This program is now available to GFW Inc. members, for any PHP Level Solutions product quotes that are requested or generated on or after April 1, 2021. More Indiana Chambers will be added to the Chamber Discount Plan in the near future.
